Additional Terms and Conditions for Advertisers:
These terms and conditions are in addition to all the other terms and conditions on this website.
All private sellers who wish to place an advertisement on this website must:
1) not be a licensed motor vehicle dealer
2) complete and submit the application form(Sell Your Car) on the website
3) be a resident of Australia.
All motor vehicle dealerships that wish to place an advertisement/s on this website must:
1) be a licensed motor vehicle dealer in Australia
2) complete and submit the dealer registration form(Registered Dealership) on the website
3) receive an approval from AutoMarket.com.au Pty Ltd that the registration of the motor
vehicle dealership on the website has been successful.
All Advertisers on the website must remove their vehicle/s from the site immediately if
the vehicle is not for sale anymore. You must not advertise any vehicle for sale, if you do
not hold the title for the vehicle or do not have the right to sell it. AutoMarket.com.au Pty Ltd have
the right to withdraw or refuse to publish your advertisement/s if you break or breach any of the
terms and conditions, or if your advertisement/s is not in the best interest of AutoMarket.com.au Pty Ltd
in the complete and sole opinion of AutoMarket.com.au Pty Ltd.
Standard Advertisements by private sellers stay online for 2 months. Premium Advertisements by private sellers
can stay online till sold, but confirmation to keep the advertisement is required before every 3 months.
A request for such a confirmation will be emailed to the seller 2 weeks before every 3 months.
All payments for all advertisements are non-refundable.
You must ensure that all information and material you provide to us does not infringe any one
else's copyright or any other intellectual property rights. You shall not provide any information
or material that identifies any person or that can be used to identify any person, unless
approval has been granted by that person for you to provide that information or material.
The vehicle advertising services on the website only applies to those with vehicles genuinely
for sale, otherwise penalties apply. These penalties include an immediate rejection of future
advertisements placed by these people, by imposing a ban on their email address, and phone
numbers in our database. If a seller or vehicle is found to be fraudulent in any manner or not
genuinely for sale, their advertisements may be immediately removed by AutoMarket.com.au Pty Ltd.
Only vehicles in Australia are to be advertised on AutoMarket.com.au, and if vehicle
advertisements are found not to be in Australia they may be immediately removed by
AutoMarket.com.au Pty Ltd.
AutoMarket.com.au Pty Ltd makes no guarantees, representation, or indication in relation to the
placement of your advertisement or the other advertisements/and their content that are
grouped with your advertisement.
All advertisers on the site must provide accurate, complete, and up to date information
regarding their personal and vehicle details. All advertisers are responsible for all their
information advertised. It is the advertiser's responsibility to update this website of any
changes to that information.
All advertisers will be requested to create a username and password to access and/or update
their details on the website. All advertisers must ensure that their username and password
are kept confidential at all times, as they will be entirely responsible for all activities
that occur under their username and password.
